An objective person reading this thread will note that I haven't attacked any FReepers personally.
That is Jim's rule, and I try to follow it when posting on his family-friendly, wonderful site.

On the other hand, a few have chosen to go off the deep end emotionally, calling me all kinds of names ... including "Hillary" (which would evoke surprise and laughter from the many conservatives who know me).

As noted earlier, this is the kind of reaction pro-lifers get when we try to speak the truth about abortion. The mockery and ridicule are the same; and they are the Leftist's game. Doesn't bother me at all. I know where it's coming from.

But if you have nothing to feel guilty about (as you have posted at length above), and if your childrens' lives are all wonderful, then be happy and thank the good Lord.

After a long day of marching in our Memorial Day parade, I am going to go put my feet up and retire from the fray for now. And in my prayers tonight I will thank the good Lord for giving me the courage to speak the truth.
