Lincoln also said that while presiding over a civil war that killed over 620,000 Americans and millions wounded. Lincoln suspended Habeas Corpus, and both sides ran prison camps that today would be considered International War Crimes.
Sin has torn our once Christian nation in two. Pride, perversion, drugs, envy, covetousness, child sacrifice, greed, murder, thievery, homosexuality, lying, and all around godlessness have permeated every pour and facet of America.
I wonder how much longer we can continue as a nation. We are on the edge of the cliff. All it takes is one more push.
We’ve kicked GOD and especially His Son, Jesus, out of our once fine country.....we are DOOMED UNLESS we turn back to God, which I do NOT see happening.....although I still PRAY that it will.
We are more divided now than at any time since the War of Yankee Aggression. Then it was a geographic division and fought over states’ rights (under the Constitution) and slavery (of a race).
Today the division is philosophic and will be fought over states’ rights (under the Constitution) and slavery (to an onerous Federal government). This time it will be more catastrophic.
Humans never learn from past mistakes. Dictatorship (benevolent or otherwise) and silent acceptance ALWAYS fail. I do not advocate violence but it has been thrust upon us by those who seek a dictatorship. We cannot be silent and accept it.
“Cry ‘Havoc,’ and let slip the dogs of war” Act Three, scene one, Julius Caesar, by William Shakespeare. Read Marc Antony’s entire speech:

We are over the edge. We just haven’t smacked into the dirt yet...
Don’t even get us started on Lincoln.
Visited Andersonville last year.
It was equally poor conditions on either side in these prisons,
Just terrible.
