I'm pretty sure he did. The President likely knew Abbas was lying the second he did it, and he probably was waiting for the optimal time to drop the hammer...a good contrast with his warm and fuzzy reception from the Sowdies....That and his reception in Israel.
It leaves the alleged "Palestinians" feeling sad and all alone.
And hopefully wondering if there's a MOAB or two coming their way soon.
