Buzzfeed Leads Boycott Against Hannity, Sparking Counter-Boycott By Hannity Supporters

Buzzfeed News’ activist campaign to intimidate Sean Hannity’s sponsors into dropping advertising on his show is sparking a counter-boycott of the companies that are dropping out.

Buzzfeed News “reporter” Mary Georgantopoulos has announced that she is reaching out to Hannity’s advertisers in response to Hannity asking questions about murdered DNC staffer Seth Rich’s reported involvement in the Wikileaks release of DNC emails in 2016. Buzzfeed “reporter” Brianna Sacks is assisting in the effort.

Julian Assange has strongly suggested that Rich was the Wikileaks source, which Assange friend Kim Dotcom stated outright. Fox News reported that a federal investigator with knowledge of the case confirmed Rich’s contact with Wikileaks, but later pulled the story off its website amid pressure without actually refuting any of the claims in it.

Georgantopoulos launched her pressure campaign Wednesday. The “reporter” studied at Columbia University School of Journalism, according to her LinkedIn page. Buzzfeed editor-in-chief Ben Smith did not immediately return an inquiry as to whether he sanctioned Georgantopoulos’ activism. But the site is publishing a running list by Georgantopoulos and Sacks of the advertisers that are getting snared.

Here are the companies that have dropped out so far, according to Buzzfeed: Cars.com, Casper and Leesa Sleep, Crowne Plaza Hotels, Ring, and Peloton.

The effort comes in the same month that Big League Politics published screenshots of internal communications in which a Buzzfeed director wished for the assassination of Donald Trump and other Buzzfeeders appeared to agree with her.

So, who advertises on Buzzfeed? Don’t you think they would want to know they sponsor antiAmerican, anti First amendment flacks?

Usually when you look at their Linked In profiles, these “reporters” have all the wisdom of people who graduated from a prominent liberal college between 2008 and 2012, and definitely not during the last century, unless they’re a big liberal name.

We never play by “their” rulebook, so I expect this will continue and pick up pace with every kill they get.

Counter-Boycott...good to see we’re fighting back for once. Once they got O’Reilly you knew Hannity was next. Carlson will be targeted next.

Perhaps Fox News will fire itself for its reporting on Rich.

BuzzFeed and it’s cub reporter must not know that they can be sued for their campaign against Hannity.
The lawsuit is called ‘Tortious interference with contracts.
They could be facing a jury award against them for actual damages in the form of money they caused to be lost, AND MILLIONS in punative damages.
I hope Fox and Hannity go for it.

Buzzfeed Leads Boycott Against Hannity

Could it be that Buzzfeed was involved in Rich’s murder?

Obviously, Buzzfeed is trying to shut Hannity up on the Rich murder issue. One wonders why?

Seems like only yesterday. Wonder if they combined their “coming out” parties with other “coming out” revelations.
JournoList (sometimes referred to as the J-List)[1] was a private Google Groups forum for discussing politics and the news media with 400 “left-leaning”[2] journalists, academics and others. Ezra Klein created the online forum in February 2007 while blogging at The American Prospect and shut it down on June 25, 2010 amid wider public exposure.wikipedia

I think you mean:

Obviously, Buzzfeed shut Hannity up on the Rich murder issue. One wonders why?

Actually I wonder why Hannity buckled so easily?

Forget Buzzfeed. Go to the top! Stop paying Disney, Comcast, Time Warner, CBS to piss in your shoes. These parent companies are largely responsible for the hatred directed at us and the President.

Target stock is worth less today than it was three years. All the gains between went up in a poof. More of us are voting with our dollars today. I hope that trend grows.

Buzzfeed did that fake study on “fake news” heavily promoted by the left and that Democrats and the MSM have all used to justify censorship of conservative news by Facebook and Google. From Buzzfeed:

“During these critical months of the campaign, 20 top-performing false election stories from hoax sites and hyperpartisan blogs generated 8,711,000 shares, reactions, and comments on Facebook.

“Within the same time period, the 20 best-performing election stories from 19 major news websites generated a total of 7,367,000 shares, reactions, and comments on Facebook. (This analysis focused on the top performing link posts for both groups of publishers, and not on total site engagement on Facebook. For details on how we identified and analyzed the content, see the bottom of this post.”

Considering that the thoughts and “facts” you find in the top 20 “election stories” were replicated throughout the media, there’s no comparing the impact of a fake story like the Pope endorsing Trump, which went nowhere beyond Facebook, to the impact of the “major media” stories. The Pope story is a mere blip by comparison. Weren’t clones of those stories everywhere?:

- “Trump’s History of Corruption is Mind-Boggling. So Why Is Clinton Supposedly the Corrupt One?” - Washington Post

- “Stop Pretending You Don’t Know Why People Hate Hillary Clinton” - Huffington Post

- “Ford Fact Checks Trump: We Will Be Here Forever” - CNN

- “I Ran the C.I.A. Now I’m Endorsing Hillary Clinton” - New York Times

*This* is what the left seized on to take down Hannity after the failure of that woman’s accusation about a polite invitation to spend the night? They couldn’t find anything else? This takes me back to grade school fights on the playground. Geesh!

Before being picked up by DirectX OAN had a streaming channel on Amazon. There may still be one.
