I often wonder this when I think back to the days I spent at University. Back then, it was all about free-speech, free-sex, no censorship.

Now the little leftists are begging for censorship, controls, 'safe spaces'.

*NO* govt entity/program/agency/etc., even IF Constitutional, has stayed constrained in size/scope of its creation.
