IIRC, Under Trump the law enforcement agencies have rounded up close to 4X the number of child violators that were rounded up in either one or both of the poser in chiefs terms...
I am no Trump cultist but what you suggest of Trump is a moral depravity way beyond what we have ever seen in the WH. It would make Trump complicit. I don't see it in him.

Agree. But I don't believe the "Russians hacked Hillary's server" story. It's plausible that a Sanders supporter would have leaked. And Donna Brazile interfering in a private investigation of Seth Rich? Smells bad.
