I'm biased against Mueller, I think he is a snake. But that bias is based on his reaching the position of FBI Director in the first place, and then blowing the anthrax investigation.

His charter is to render an opinion relating to Trump campaign / Russian government cooperation, nothing more. If there is damaging stuff on the DEMs or team Clinton, he will deliberately stay away from it. There is nothing but personal downside to him, to go fishing there.

Isn’t the special prosecutor limited to investigating the Trump Campaign only?

As much as I’d like to see it - I have low confidence any such evidence would be considered by the prosecutor.
