A new poll showed ex-FBI Director James Comey with a lower job approval rating than President Trump, Yahoo reported Tuesday.
The latest Harvard-Harris poll showed 60 percent of voters disapproving of Comey's job at the FBI, with just 40 percent approving. In that same survey, Trump's job approval rating touched a new low, but at 45 percent.

Moreover, 70 percent expressed disapproval over the way Comey probed Clinton’s email scandal. His favorability rating was 31 percent positive compared to 39 percent negative, the Hill reported, citing poll results.
"The polling on Comey shows that President Trump is more in trouble for the way he fired Comey rather than for removing him," Mark Penn, co-director of the Harvard-Harris survey, told the news outlet.
Separately, Trump’s job approval rating touched a new low in the poll, the Hill reported. According to the survey, the president’s job approval rating declined to 45 percent currently from 49 percent in March.

The dirty little secret is that a large portion of average Americans are behind Trump. The more the media bash him the more they prove how nasty and corrupt the establishment and their partners in the media are. This will only make Trump supporters more determined to see him succeed because that is why we elected him. Now we have all gotten a glimpse of how an outsider is treated in Washington and frankly I am pretty disgusted by it.

Gotta love the ARMCHAIR QUARTERBACKS.
They seem to think that if Trump had fired Comey in some other way, everyone would be happy - or not complaining so loud. I hate to inform these people, but these are Trump’s ENEMIES - they will never be pleased.
I guess in this case, they could have given Comey a nice two week notice back at the office...and thereby given him two weeks of access to whatever he needs to cover his tracks, similar to the way that Bill Clinton’s people spent weeks shedding documents after Bush won in 2000.
But I prefer this approach - leave everything in place, seal it up, and then let Mr. Comey know he’s out of work. Did it get the liberals mad - yes. So what?

If the DOJ staffer who delivered the termination paper took control of Comey’s office, removed the Clinton investigative file and padlocked the office, I say it was a remarkably well done termination.
While these breathless every-other-day polls on Trump are entertaining, has anyone bothered to check the public’s opinions of Schumer, Pelosi, Maxine and the other Demwits lately?

I am no Trump fan because I see him as liberal but I do see him as the US's last hope and want him to succeed. I am not sure anyone really understood the power of the deep state going in, including me. I will say these last couple of months has been a huge eye opener. If Trump does not win against the deep state, the US is gone, our freedoms and rights are gone.
With no Governmental Experience other than schoomzing with Candidates..he had no way to really know. Someone should have advised him. Maybe no one really knew. Seems odd. Or maybe he just listened too much to Ivanka and Jared when it came to hiring people.
But I knew it. You don’t go after the IC until you have everything in place..because they will try to Deep Six you. The only thing that has surprised me is that someone in the IC didn’t try to take him out a la Kennedy. That was always my fear.
