Dr. John Lott gave the keynote speech at a rally in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania on Monday, May 22. While the talk was only about 9 minutes, he discussed a range of issues from the views of police to gun ownership, how crime rates change after gun bans, and background checks on the private transfer of guns. Hundreds of gun rights supporters took their cause to the state Capitol on Monday, pushing for an agenda that includes making it easier to carry concealed handguns. The presentations in the state capitols Rotunda brought together state lawmakers, sheriffs and those who support the right to self-defense for what has become an annual event.
All I can add is my belief in the zero’th amendment in self defense...
If the SOB come at you trying to kill you then do what you must.
I did and it cost me 30,000 dollars...most likely because I had it and did not want to be in jail as long as it would take to prove my defense.
Yes, I won, 30k poorer but out in a week with everyone except the corrupt DA and Magistrate (who each got fired weeks later) pleased with the result. It is tragic someone died, but it was not the half dozen he tried to kill. He missed me, I did not miss him.
It hurts to this day that I had to do it. Live with it or die from it I always say. Life is short, enjoy it without harming anyone of possible.
islam is a whole nother’ story. Kill it before it breeds.
Glad you - and the half dozen you saved - are ok soycd.
Sorry to hear you are still suffering of the trauma of the event. That’s something most people will never understand.
