There is a LAW that already states quite clearly that the State Department SHALL NOT issue visas to countries which refuse to take back their citizens.
The State Department has been ignoring the law for decades.
“The Department of State has the authority to suspend issuance of visas to countries that refuse to take back their own nationals, and that authority should have been exercised by the Obama administration. Instead, they released hundreds of sex offenders back into our communities,” said Ray.
On Tuesday, officials announced that the number of countries that refuse to take back their criminals decreased from 20 to 12 since President Trump took office.
