Is it possible that someone who lives in one state for half the year and another for the other half can be registered in both?It's against the law. If a voter is going to be at the "other home," he or she needs to apply for an absentee ballot.

.......It's against the law. If a voter is going to be at the “other home,” he or she needs to apply for an absentee ballot. But That's how they do it. Absentee ballot or early voting in one state. Then Drive/fly to your other home and vote on Election Day.
I have some lib old college friends who I am almost certain are doing this by the time time in November when they decide to do the snow bird thing.
