Their advertisers don’t like no audience!!
Actually, you're wrong about that.
According to Rosenstein's official letter appointing Mueller, the Special Counsel is authorized to investigate:
any links and/or coordination between the Russian government and individuals associated with the campaign of President Donald Trump
There are other broad categories in the letter as well, but the Trump/Russia collusion is first on the list.
Thanks I never saw that, just what was paraphrased many times without mentioning Trump.
So the broad categories allow investigation of any Russian influence, even if not about Trump?
I certainly hope so
You are so right. Unfortunately, I live in a state so blue that my “representatives” would just laugh.
I read the letter, pretty openended
But of course SC can skirt around the real criminals ie Clinton Comey Podesta et al if he wants to
Interesting to see if he will do a through job or just concentrate on Trump for a year or so.
Former Director FBI James Comey, Assistant Director/Acting Director Andrew Mc Cabe, Former Director of National Intelligence Andrew Clapper, Dianne Feinstein, the bi-partisan heads of both Congressional Committees have all either testified or stated from heard "recorded testimony" that there is no indication/evidence of Russian/Trump collusion.
"Intellectually honest" supporters and hater alike know the reason for the appointment of a Special Counsel is simply to keep Russia... in the headlines as a ploy/distraction for 2018 and 2020 and to de-legitimize the Presidency.
Where was the demand for Special Counsels for the last 8 years with Benghazi coverup, the emails (destroying/destruction), Loretta Lynch/Bill Clinton on the tarmac, Fast and Furious, Lois Lerner, the VA, the NSA scandals where the criminal behavior was obvious, but denied by a corrupt DOJ?
I gave up Drudge for Whatfinger recently. His headlines could be written by Obama and they link to frickin paywalls. He keeps headlines up that are fake news after they have been proven fake. As if, I’m going to pay wapo or nyt to read one of their garbage articles.
