Why wasn’t the suspect in the Boston doctor murders deported?

If you’ve been following the non-political news lately you probably saw the tragic story out of Boston this past week. link [SNIP] Richard Field, 49 and Lina Bolanos, 38 were anesthesiologists working in the Boston area and were engaged to be married. The successful couple was found brutally murdered in their apartment. [SNIP] Bampumim Teixeira, was rapidly identified and apprehended after a brief gunfight.

[SNIP] Teixeira was in the country legally with a green card (and had been since 2010) but had been in jail until recently for multiple counts of bank robbery. How was this guy not deported, possibly preventing this tragic double murder? Turns out it all came down to technicalities in our immigration system and clever defense attorneys. (CBS Boston)

[SNIP]

So they had this guy on charges of robbing the same bank twice [SNIP] and his attorney knew that it could get him booted out of the country. So rather than fight it out in a jury trial he worked out a plea deal with the prosecutors where they would take 364 days in jail for his crimes. Had it been a year or more Teixeira would have been eligible for deportation. Also, he could have been kicked out of the country if he’d been convicted of bank robbery, but despite the fact that he admitted to robbing the bank twice he was given a deal to plead guilty to “larceny from a person.”

Because of that, after serving only a pitifully short portion of his sentence, a few months later Teixeira was fleeing the apartment of Richard Field and Lina Bolanos, their bloody bodies left on the floor and a bunch of their jewelry in his backpack.[SNIP]

The Attorney and Judge are truly COMPLICIT in the murders.

This is outrageous and continues to happen because those responsible are not punished, and it is not reported by the ENEMEDIA.

This needs to go viral.

Meanwhile, Trump is backsliding on limiting unskilled immigration:

I read somewhere that he was a concierge in their building. Is that true? How could anyone just out of jail be hired as a concierge?

Lynn, actually. But the point is well taken. The District Attorney’s office took pains to insure that this guy was not deported.

Non-Americans are special.

Any citizen would have gotten 10 years minimum for bank robbery, but they were worried that he would be deported and we just couldn’t do without another criminal.........

Has anyone been able to find a photo of the judge who changed the perp's earlier prison sentence to 364 days so he wouldn't be deported? I believe her name is Boston Municipal Court Judge Lisa A. Grant although apparently there are two Boston Municipal judges named Lisa Grant (what are the odds). It's almost like their photos are being suppressed.

Obama seemed to have had one rule for deportations:
Do not deport Muslims or people of color.

Yes indeed and I’m way the hell over illegals getting preferential treatment and high paid lawyers whereas our own citizens are stuck with worthless attorneys and long sentences. What’s right fir some should be right for all. That man should still be in prison.

These funerals were wrought by Obama, and a corrupt
attorney, and a disgusting blackrobe.
