President Trump's first commencement speech as president. As we know, Chancellor Falwell was one of candidate Trump's earliest and most pro-active supporters.

MT @LarrySabato: Trump at @LibertyU: In Nov 2016 #Trump got 80% of white evangelicals--more than a real evangelical did in 2004 (Bush-78%)
Falwell and Trump introduced to lots of cheering — no booing like rude democrats do.
Very Trump friendly crowd!
Now praying, then the pledge, the the National Anthem.
Yes! Nice to hear. A Capella group singing the National Anthem.

Some students were chanting, "USA USA USA!"
Chancellor Falwell saying over 50,000 in attendance, Bush 43 came as their first sitting presidnet. This crowd tops that number. Trump receives more enthusiastic applause. Proud that President Trump chose Liberty U for first commencement instead of Notre Dame which has a rich tradition of hosting sitting presidents. Pence is going there, I think.
Introduced outstanding alum with business that exemplifies Christian values.
For those who have cable/FoxNews, it appears Fox is live streaming as they are posting video with split screen on twitter.
thanks for post
Sure! Falwell now praising the President for helping Christians by keeping his promise to end the Johnson Amendment. Falwell talking about the president's enemies, mainly the biased media and encourages them to practice the tolerance they say they values.
POTUS so needed this day to be around people who love him....draining the swamp has proven to be a hard job........may today uplift his soul
Trump remarks: "I was here a year ago as a candidate, and you were here not yet graduates. To be here today, we both received help from God." Trump now thanking parents and grandparents. Special thanks to moms!

.@POTUS: "When I say something, I mean it."
Trump: "What will future generations say about what we did while were were here on earth? Did we accept challenges, etc. or just swim downstream and give in because it was the easy way."
What a speech
This is a powerful speech!
