The clock has run out on special rules that allowed Republicans to repeal more than a dozen Obama-era regulations.
The GOP-led House and Senate, along with President Donald Trump, wiped 13 regulations off the books, and a 14th is about to be signed into law, using the Congressional Review Act.

Ferrichio is only partially right. I have seen evidence that Obola didn’t always follow the rules about reporting to Congress formally for his EO actions. To the extent that he didn’t, the window on those items is open forever.
There are a lot of regulations that were not properly reported to Congress. Some going all the way back to the Clinton days. The clock has not started on any of them. All of them can be wiped off the books.

The window has not closed, however, on any previous regulation submitted to the Federal register but not to Congress under the CRA. Any such regulation since about 1996 (when CRA was enacted) is fair game and should be done away with by Congress and Trump, IMO.
