He has a box on his desk that he uses to order Coke..probably Diet coke. Not sure what that is about. Maybe he just pushes a button for the order instead of using a telephone.
Btw...I drink one diet coke a day. It is bad for you so I just drink one small bottle. Trump would probably have massive withdrawal if he tried to quit starting with pounding headaches.
