Americans’ views on most moral issues now more liberal to a record extent

Surrender the public school systems and mass media to liberals without a fight and this is the inevitable result. Liberals have made a concerted effort to take over public education and the media since the '60s - conservatives have made no similar effort, and trends like home-schooling and private religious schooling have basically handed our public schools over to socialists inculcating liberal values into children from kindergarten onward. And liberal dominance of entertainment and news is pretty much taken for granted by all.

Young conservatives have to be encouraged to get into teaching and media if these trends are ever to be reversed.

I don’t really have much disagreement with the opinions in that poll. Birth control isn’t a moral issue to me. In fact, i would say its more moral to not have kids out of wedlock by using no birth control. And yes, pre-martial sex is fine IMO too.

The Left has made issues a test of morality, where as I see morality being about character. Lying, cheating, committing violence, and so on would be how I measure morality. Needless to say, the Left does badly by that metric.

This number demonstrates the percentage of poll takers who are insane, so it is a useful number.

This is polling done by an outfit that gave up the “horse race” poll they used to do when tracking the presidential election. Don’t place absolute faith in it.
