A racist threat against a St. Olaf student that touched off campuswide protests and forced the college to cancel classes earlier this month was a hoax, the school revealed Wednesday.
A student confessed to writing the note, St. Olaf President David R. Anderson wrote in a message to students. The threat — an anonymous, typewritten note — was “fabricated,” he said, as an apparent “strategy to draw attention to concerns about the campus climate.”

They are eventually discovered, but then the meme is - “Regardless of whether this is a hoax or not, these things are important to implement.’ THAT is why we’re seeing so muh of it. Probably Soros or Obama money.

A protestor against the note says it “started something good.” Say what? It’s becoming more and more apparent 20-somethings shouldn’t be let out of the basement. They aren’t ready for reality.

Oh, I’m sure sometime somewhere one of these things was real. Just because I have never seen one does not mean at least one has not occurred.
Have also heard actual racist anti-black comments involving the N-word at sporting events. But rarely.
A climate so bad that the little snowflakes can't find real instances of racist notes, so they have to create them from whole cloth.
I knew it was fake. These things are 99.99% fake. I’m black and when I tell ‘concerned’ white people not to get worried about these events (I’m an academic, white academics are always concerned about something...), heads shake in disbelief, because, of course, there’s rampant racism everywhere.
Also, I’ve known a few people who either went to St Olaf or sent their kids there. It’s a nice school with a decent environment based on their reports. I’d be very surprised if such an overtly racist event happened there.
This is a hate crime against white people.
