I think he would have problems with both of them. Christie still has the bridge fiasco and Giuliani has said too many things to even look somewhat unbiased with Hitlery albeit I love to see him in there. He also has to get someone in there whom McPain, Linda and the hag from Maine will pass on.
So, he needs first find someone inside, not McCabe to be the interim whom he can trust because that person will be interim for quite awhile I fear.
