This micro-credit bank is funded with tiny deposits and is supposed to use the money to help women in India by granting them small loans ( on the order of $250) to develop small businesses.
The director was supposed to retire at age 60, but would not leave.
He directed the bank to give between $100,000 and $250,000 to the Clinton Global Initiative.

This is all nonsense. Don’t people understand that all Democrats and especially Clinton’s are above the laws of man.
Hillary can’t be held to national security laws, Bill can’t be held to perjury laws, neither of them can ever be connected of any crime, because in the minds of liberals, they can do no harm, therefore they can never be guilty of a crime.
I feel like putting a sarcasm warning, but actually it is how most Democrats think. Personally, I want to see the swamp drained by Trump and that means putting a lot of Democrat and Republican power elite in orange jumpsuits for their day in court. Only once this country has made an example to the political ruling elite that they will be held to the letter of the law, will the swamp stay drained.
Kind of like an American version of the French Revolution.
This sounds like our Hillary. I am sure that McCain is okay with this.
