Pre-existing conditions are covered in employer / group plans. It’s only a problem in the individual market - which was completely destroyed by O-Cares regulations.

A market based solution is to simply allow all individuals to join interstate pools at the same risk level of employer / group plans. That way you get all kinds of customers - old, young, sick, and healthy.

Unfortunately, we’re headed to government healthcare because there aren’t enough free market capitalists left in our Republic.
