LONDON (Reuters) - British Prime Minister Theresa May's Conservative Party has an 18 percentage point lead over the main opposition Labor Party, implying a majority of at least 132 seats in a June 8 national election, according to an ICM poll for the Sun on Sunday.
The Conservatives were at 46 percent, down one percentage point, against Labor on an unchanged 28 percent, the paper said.

Two weeks ago, I watched an interview of a UK leftist reporter. He was a long-term Labour Party guy but things were so screwed up that he fully intended to vote for May, and against the Labour Party on this election. He noted that he knows a fair number of people who intended to go the same way.
In terms of polls....I have my doubts that they are actually capturing the accurate nature of this particular election.
UKIP would be better, unless the Cameron wing of the CP has been decimated and replaced by Thatcherites.
UKIP has achieved the reason for it’s existence. Most of it’s voters are returning to the Tories now that the UK is leaving the EU and David Cameron is gone.
Concur, they were a one-shot and combined with Nigel Farage’s post Brexit approval departure undermines their rationale for continued existence.
