So the Libs are eager for him to get charges and a sentence here before being deported? To what end? The only logical conclusion is that they will next want the sentence to be served here before deportation... anything to delay the deportations as long as possible.... while wasting our time and money and jamming the courts and prisons more. It makes no sense.... which is likely why they like it.
They want to establish the necessity of being convicted of a crime here before illegal aliens are removed.
ALL illegal aliens ARE subject to removal, we should not have to wait until they are caught and convicted of other crimes.
