the problem with plea bargaining is that they bargain from felony down to misdemeanor. Many prisoners being released as they are doing misdemeanor time for a crime which was a felony.

So how is an illegal alien able to get a job which requires a SS number as well as other legal identification supposedly restricted to citizens and other legal residents of the country?
For him as an illegal to have a SS number means that he stole the number of an American citizen.
