Other articles quote the APD as saying it was not a true, TX-style restricted-from-carry 51% bar. Likely closer to a Buffalo Wild Wings where lots of food is sold along with alcohol in various forms. Alcohol sales were under the 51% threshold and any “red sign” posting was in error.
