Online - in-state sale between individuals as long as state law does not say otherwise.

Gun show - sale between individuals, neither one holding an FFL where there would be a background check requirement. Also, again as long as state law does not say otherwise.

If we can do a background check on an instate on line sale, why cant we do one on an interstate on line sale?

I want to be able to buy guns online without going through an FFL holder, it looks like there is no reason why this wouldn’t work.

It would be like 1967. Maybe Sears could start selling mail order guns again.

I haven’t seen a vender selling guns without an FFL and online as you describe is basically communication between private citizens.

Sounds like this has nothing to do with “online” or “gun shows” but has everything to do with prohibiting private citizens from having rights to managing their private property.
