This should not apply to mosques, or other organizations funded by foreign governments with the intent to over throw the constitution .. it may be a bit short sighted regarding this issue, but radical muslims who have been building and hiding behind their mosques, to now allow them to come out openly and not pretend anymore that jihad is an article of faith, but a political ideology of conquest does not sound like a good idea.
