In a possible breakthrough for U.S. Republicans' effort to roll back Obamacare, the House of Representatives plans to hold a vote Thursday on compromise legislation, potentially ending a logjam that has delayed advancing President Donald Trump's campaign promise to repeal the law.
The decision to hold a vote comes after key moderate lawmakers met with Trump on Wednesday and said a revised bill might win approval as conservatives voiced no objections.
House Majority Leader Kevin McCarthy said Republican leadership is confident there is enough support for the bill to pass.

It’s all crap.
The art of the deal includes a full court press.
Does anyone know if they took out the provision that makes it almost impossible to be insured after you’ve been uninsured after 63 days?
It is, but it may be the best we can get out of the Congressional cucks.
If there was support for a full repeal, it would have passed by now. But there’s not.
Not yet at least.
We need a second party.
I haven’t read this bill but how is this one different from the previous one that didnt pass?
You can never get everything you want, but this can only be an improvement over Obamacare, gut-wrenching to Democrats, and subject to future modification.
By normal people, you would hope.
they either repeal Ocare or we will never contribute a dime to any of them again
we are tired of being deceived (Obama/Pelosi lies) and bullsheeted (RINOs refusing to repeal Ocare now)
its all dishonest, from top to bottom.

Fingers crossed and hands folded.
If it is another crap sandwich, hope it fails.
.
All “healthcare” is a crap sandwich.
If you want health you have to do it yourself.
.
Well if they don’t need a single democrat to vote for it then why not pass something good......like a full repeal first? Because they want to keep Obamacare and screw around with it.
I read the source article and they describe the last bill as this one.
I’ll lay you 20 to 1 it won’t happen again .
I agree with you, in general.
All that most of us need is catastrophic coverage, for major things like life saving surgery following a car accident.
If people are paying out of their own pockets for each health incident, the prices will come down fast.
Get rid of those regulations around health providers. No more earning 250k to write prescriptions. A freemarket health Care means everybody is responsible individually. Patients and providers. No more bullshit charges and no more subsidizing somebody else’s bad life decisions.
Well, we are looking at a hip replacement and I’m pretty impressed, shocked even, at how little it looks like it will cost. The surgeons have their own ortho “hospital” that cuts costs in half, and the insurance appears to be fair (Anthem Blue Cross). So far, I’m happy with what I’m looking at.
The Freedom Caucus members seem happy. So, what are you griping about?
Let's throw another hissy fit and let Dems back in charge and then will end up with single payer.
So, now, you think the Freedom Caucus, Rand Paul and Ted Cruz have all sold out, too?
