If they dont condone police assistance, by their own standards, the driver of the truck should not be charged even if it is proven that he broke the law.

They cant be upset because he didnt get charged for breaking the law when they did not get charged for breaking the law that instigated him breaking the law.

Too bad a coupla legs and heads didnt get broken.
