You think?

You mean if you shot a 15 year old kid who was sitting in the passenger seat of a car and then you claimed that the car was coming towards you instead of away from you, that you might be in trouble with the law?

Yeah, when you put it that way I think anyone could kill a kid and the say “oops, my bad,” get fired and then go on to another job and that would be the end of the matter.

Car was moving AWAY from police.

There was video of the incident.

The initial report was that car was backing up towards the police officers.

The police chief reviewed the video and saw that the car was moving away from police when the teenager was shot.

The video allowed the police chief to make his decision.

Now it is up to a Grand Jury.

You don't pull out a rifle and shoot people who are driving away from you.

I back the BLUE, but I am not going to support bad shootings by a police officer.
