Indians are qualified, the blacks are affirmative action recruits. I have worked with Indians, both Asian and American. Both are good students and hard workers. Attempts with Africans have been futile with but a rare exception.
It is racist to force schools to admit students based on anything but merit, and a huge setback for those minorities whose talents and hard work have earned them a legitimate slot in these programs.
