Left on Nexium to long, you get Barret’s Esophagus, and OP. Never should have been put OTC. It is a 2 week ulcer prevention drug.
Reglan is black boxed for short term use because of high neurological side effects, Gastros think you can live on it.
This is why lawsuits get started, they don’t get the bugs out.
