When is Shepard Smith on?
I tuned it to Fox for the first time in, I don’t know...ages. I was just curious. I left it on in the background for several hours while doing quiet tasks. I notice that it has clearly changed. One woman anchor, didn’t catch her name, was using quite a few of those leading adjectives that the liberal stations are so good at. I think one of the phrases was “cozy meeting at Mar-a-Lago” referring to Trump’s meeting with the Chinese Xi. I really detest that snarkiness. Fox didn’t do that a few years ago. I would not have tolerated it.
Also, there were two reports on Trump’s 100 days, one by James Rosen and one by John Roberts, I think. Both were largely negative and appeared to give Trump a D or an F, depending.
A couple of the guests on the shows were truly conservative and did a great job of defending Trump, but mostly the hosts seem to pick leftist guests who trashed Trump and got away with it because the host “ran out of time”.
Sad. I think Murdoch’s rotten, lefty son is moving the network onto the turf that CNN occupies as quickly as he can. If I were CNN I would be a little worried that it is going to get crowded on that side of the political aisle.
