You seem to be assuming that we all know where "here" is. My Freeper Name is An.American.Expatriate, so it is safe to assume that "here" is not in the US. Does my actual location make a difference? I must pay taxes on the income I earn to the local, state and "federal" government both where I currently live and work AND in the US.
