Whatever else, the little creep only has to close a smidge to win. Handel has the bigger climb. Some have written her off as a RINO (those that supported other nominees), so they might not bother to show up in the runoff to vote. At worst, we might have a Mark Critz situation (the Dem who narrowly won Murtha’s House seat only to lose at the next general election). The GOP should go nuclear on the little twerp, though.
But stuff like this, I don't wonder any more why TV has lost it's appeal, real life is that much stranger. I couldn't write this stuff if I was Tom Clancy or Neil Simon...

Actually, Critz survived narrowly in the next election (2010). The Republican legislature redistricted him into a new seat with fellow Dem Jason Altmire, who Critz sacked in the primary, but Republican Keith Rothfus went and beat Critz in the 2012 general.
Though given that this is a southern suburban district, it ought to be favorable to a Republican candidate who doesn’t come out of an acrimonious primary, even if Osoff wins this time around.
Oops, yes, that’s correct. I thought he lost in the ‘10 election. That’s what I get for not reconfirming stats from my own meticulous records. :-P
We (this deplorable family) are nudists. Pasco County is solid Republican and we have more nudist resort in the county than most states has nudist resorts. Nudist resorts aren’t swinger clubs, but family oriented. Visit the American Association for Nude Recreation website (aanr.com) for info.
