This tactic of Democrats running to friendly judges to obstruct a coequal branch of government because they disagree with the policy is way past `unseemly' (behavior or actions not proper or appropriate). Courts generally try to avoid political questions for the simple reason that they don't like being ignored and out of notions of federal comity (courtesy and considerate behavior toward others). It is clear that they are off-base here. President Trump will have to start giving his cabinet members orders to ignore these political stooges.
