1.) NK won’t ever develop the bomb.
2.) NK didn’t develop the bomb, it was a fizzle.
3.) NK missiles aren’t reliable.
4.) NK can’t develop an SLBM
5.) NK can’t miniaturize a nuke and put it on a missile.

Call me skeptical, but I don’t see anything happening that needs to happen. One day we’ll wake up and read, “Yes they have ICBM’s and no, nothing we can do about it now. Mutually Assured Destruction and all that. Sorry (not sorry).”
How about a world without NK? South Korea (Republic of Korea) then borders China and Russia. Thousands of US troops are recalled/demobilized in SK and Japan. Stability in the region is good and NK/SK are one Korea; an ally of the US.
