From this article (sourced from ZeroHedge.com), the Trump Administration has until May 22nd to appeal the decision to cut funding (Republican House forced this in 2014).

I am not sure if this should have been posted on CHAT instead, but I feel HOW TRUMP will cut off Obamacare is something to follow this week.
