I have a seven-volume series called “The Great Events of the Great War” written in 1920. In the final volume are listed battle deaths at 7,200,000 and civilian deaths at 9,000.000. Of those 9,000,000 Armenians account for 1,100,000 and Greeks in Turkey for 900,000. So if it weren’t for the Turks, WWI would have probably been the first war in all history in which there were more combatants killed than civilians.
This doesn’t really help since it’s only a personal apology and not an official one.
it's disappointing that Powers neglects to apologize for nearly 1 million acts of genocide and crimes against humanity that were committed by Obama Administration allies on her watch,. This modern 21st Century genocide used the same terrorist atrocities employed by the Turks on the Armenians , including crucifiztion, raping to death, burning alive , torturing to death, disemboweling, beheading, cutting of babies out of wombs, cannibalism,scalping, skinning alive, flaying to death, immersion in acid, wood chippers, dismemberment while alive and a host of ISIS/al Qaeda specializes,

The Armenian Genocide and the Jewish Holocaust was recognized at R.I. State House on April 13.
Rhode Island recently passed a law requiring that the schools in R.I. teach about the Holocaust and Genocide, including the Armenian Genocide.
And why don’t we add, “I’m also sorry Obama did nothing to prevent Christian genocide.”
