I guess he means that there is much less corruption in the US than Mexico. There is no reason for Mexico not being as successful as the US except for the Mexican Corruption.

Exactly. The problem isn’t the U.S., it’s Mexico. Why haven’t Mexicans formed a government-in-exile? Why are we the enemy and not their home government? Cubans living in Florida hope to someday return to their homeland. I never hear any spokemen for La Raza or Mexican-American politicians yearning for the return to their homeland. Actually, I’ve never heard a political leader of any race or persuasion ever having raised the issue of Mexicans living here, legally or illegally, having such aspirations. Why doesn’t someone ask Jorge Ramos that question?
