They’re a pretty big 8. Its going to take an army of DOJ lawyers to fight all the lawsuits they’ll put forth, so they probably have to take this one step at a time.
These are 8 biggies. Do them and see if any others fall into line. I have a hard time seeing the feds taking on 50 or 60 cities at once. Just the logistics alone make it seem they would be biting off more than they can chew.
