John Lamb (at :06)....the jurors had a question and we all went up there just a few minutes ago.....(at :34)...it looks like right now until possibly next week, the jurors are thinking about going home today at one o clock......Andrea Parker (at 1:16) the first question indicated there's a contradiction in the jury instruction and the jury form....it goes to the conspiracy, what is the object of the conspiracy?......the judge thinks the wording is the confusion...(at 4:02)...I don't see how they can find a conspiracy when the people who supposedly conspired together never testified, they never had that evidence against them in the courtroom, so its confusing to me....

The jurors in the first Bunkerville Standoff Trial are taking a long weekend before resuming their deliberations on Monday for a sixth day.
They finished their work at 1pm yesterday in Las Vegas after posing more questions to US District Judge Gloria Navarro.
Questions are sealed from public view with one of them apparently about wording of their instructions but more importantly about the notion of conviction of the defendants on conspiracy charges.
A conspiracy pointing to people like Cliven Bundy and Pete Santilli and others not involved in the first trial.
The jurors are apparently having trouble getting their hands around the notion of the six defendants being involved in one. If any defendant cannot be convicted of conspiracy, they cannot be convicted of the rest of the charges.
Only conspiracy I have seen evidence of -and that not in Court docs. seems generated by the Democrats and the BLM —against the Ranchers—and American citizens. But when a man has his cattle seized -his livelihood threatened and his friends stand up to help him ,and his family take back what had been stolen -cattle rustling used to be a dangerous business in some parts until the Government became the cattle thieves.
You’re not a fan of cattle rustlers, thieves, and totalitarians who abuse government power to reward their friends or to accomplish private goals? How un-progressive of you!
