According to screenshots, he has two prior criminal convictions, so this should be strikes 3 and 4 (two separate assaults were conducted by same individual). Also, 4chan apparently hacked his Amazon account and found that he ordered 14 bike locks for next day delivery immediately before the event; this means the attack was premeditated, and also indicates he was likely arming others-- perhaps he is an Antifa cell leader. These SOBs are similar to the Viet Cong in terms of ideology/methods, and the sooner they are recognized as a terrorist organization the better.
Attorney General Sessions could make a major impact for the good of this nation by declaring the Berkeley police are under investigation.
This should not be a surprise. They stood by during the Trump campaign and watched people get assaulted too. Now that he won, it seems they are more desperate and are actually assisting the haters.
