The above said, I give kudos to every specialty in the Armed Services from office clerk to SEAL. All have done their duty if honorably discharged.
One was in the back=hoe and the other in the hole. If it was as I have described they would have needed a third man on overwatch. That runs the cost of the operation up and until this sort of thing becomes commonplace and workers refuse to go out on the job it won’t happen.

Understand. But I doubt they were carrying or watching or scanning at all. Condition White (in more than one way). The lady whose service they were working on described the attacker as walking in a way that he could have been flagged (not her words).
I just realized something. Whites are in Condition White. That’s the problem.
