What “tape” did they have him om? Link?
Sexual harassment in the form of “you look great in that dress” or calling a black girl “hot chocolate” and then “leering” at her is anything but, especially without witnesses.
Sexual harassment is saying “lets get it on” or worse. It is something blatantly and overtly sexual usually involving actually touching. At least it used to be.
In my view any woman who accuses a man of harassment had better have real PROOF or else they should be swiftly and ruinously sued for damages.
How many women tell a man, they like his tie, shirt.....I bet a lot! Or, their cologne smells good.

Back in the old days, when I was a young woman,we called that “flirting” and we got a big kick out of it.
.
Sadly they don’t need proof. Gives some women a tremendous amount of power if they are good actors and drama queens. Remember the airplane accusations against Trump. No proof. One month before election. Very convenient.
Agreed. So many women have decided to climb into the ring with the guys to compete with them. IMO, generally women don’t belong in the workplace competing with men, so if they do then they should take the consequences.
Women know what they’re up to. They usually can avoid a compromising situation if they want to. I think often they allow themselves to get into a potentially compromising situation and then later cry “Wolf” if it suits them.
I think since women generally know when they choose to enter a potentially compromising situation, they can be prepared to prove legitimate “harassment” although they could also use the same device to entrap the guy.
IMO, there’s a lot of b/s surrounding the sexual “harassment” thing.
That’s not the way sexual harassment is defined these days. Certainly, calling someone “hot chocolate” crosses the line. And if he was ever told by the recipient that his remarks made them “uncomfortable” and that he should stop, and he persisted, then he was in violation of the law as currently interpreted. That’s the way it is in the modern workplace.
