I would guess ALL of could have claimed harrassment at our jobs in life.
One liberal female boss asked out loud my position after 9/11 and when I told the room two guys left and the BOSS told me that was disgusting.
Then she begged forgiveness when she was told the obvious.
Another asian female boss used to call me @@@hole and stupid...this from a woman who did form letters in EXCEL to send out. That was back in the 90s
Great boss, guy named Bob used to tell me how his irish father used to call his italian mother a mountain guinea because of where she came form in Italy. No biggie, but if that was taped by me? A biggie. Ironic thing was the CEO had MY italian last name :)
Then there was the gal who said if I lost 50 pounds her and the other women in the office would dress really slutty and take me out for a night i won’t forget. I’ll leave this one at that :) It was harassment, but I didn’t mind :)
But if a GUY said to a gal, lose 50 pounds and i’ll give you a night you’ll never forget”!!!! lol!! done. :)

BTW, looking back when I was manager in graphics dept, i committed HUGE YUGE harassment. Told the Puerto African guys they had to drink from the separate but equal fountain lol!!!!
I once told the whole department (about 40 people there) that since it was quiet that day, be procreative!!!! oops!!
I am glad he is gone. It was strictly a business decision previously when FOX paid out big bucks to save the old lecher's career. He just made it to the point where the balance between expected future profits and the current payout amount didn't work in his favor.

Agreed. So many women have decided to climb into the ring with the guys to compete with them. IMO, generally women don’t belong in the workplace competing with men, so if they do then they should take the consequences.
Women know what they’re up to. They usually can avoid a compromising situation if they want to. I think often they allow themselves to get into a potentially compromising situation and then later cry “Wolf” if it suits them.
I think since women generally know when they choose to enter a potentially compromising situation, they can be prepared to prove legitimate “harassment” although they could also use the same device to entrap the guy.
IMO, there’s a lot of b/s surrounding the sexual “harassment” thing.
How much slutty flirting lead up to those tapes? O’Reilly would have been destroyed long ago if he made a practice of talking dirty early to women around work.
Sometimes I think you women spot these things better than men. I think you know what goes on in the mind of a woman better than most guys.
