With $15 min wage, youth unemployment will reach about 90%... can’t think of many kids I would hire at $15/hr. to learn how to work.

Rephrase it.

The government PROHIBITS them from working if they can’t produce work valued at $15/hr or more.

Of course they’re unemployed. Leftists won’t let them be employed. What do Leftists have against youth in high-poverty areas?
