I think most news has become a lot of Bravo Sierra. I’ve quit watching ‘News’ altogether, and rely on FR to tell me what’s going on.

We watch the local news channels in the morning as we prepare for work, and it’s amazing how bending-over-backwards they are to dish something on Trump: with everything else going on in the world, this morning they wasted many minutes talking about the Easter Egg Roll ‘fail’, as they made it up.

One of the local channels is hilarious - it’s dumbed-down to the point that it’s like watching a kid’s pajama party.

It all actually makes me long for Walter Cronkite - or at least the *demeanor* of the television news stations - back in the day.

News is news.

Talking heads shows are commentary.

It's gotten hard to separate the two lately.
