I’d like to see some “Freedom of Virtual Spaces” law - one which declares that if you create a free and public space (such as FB) that it must adhere to the same laws as any other physical public space. Therefore, all free speech laws apply; the right to say what you want, freely assemble, freedom of religion, etc.
If a business doesn’t like it then they need to charge some fee to make the space private and controllable, as people will be choosing to enter into a contract.

You’d also have to make the hosts of these spaces immune from any liabilities or lawsuits arising from their services being made into unregulated spaces.
