We love Mother Earth and look forward to Earth Day, April 22.
These are exciting times for energy, as innovation improves the conversion of wind, solar and geothermal heat into power for our offices, homes and electric cars. Our lives improve as energy options increase.
On a day we celebrate the Earth, it is reasonable for people to also acknowledge the role fossil fuels play in helping maintain and even improve our planet's condition.
Fossil fuels continue providing most of our energy and will do so for generations to come. Without fossil fuels, we cannot build a single solar panel or wind turbine.

Life, logic, evidence, good, family, faith and justice.
Humans have enough evidence, logic, life, good, faith and justice to see it done.
We can never allow islam and its illicit and illogical desire to inflict the evil of islam among us. islam can not exist among logic and humanity.
The very first Earth Day was on Lenin’s 100th birthday..

I will celebrate by burning diesel fuel, gasoline and propane.
I may dispose of some excess wood by burning it after soaking in diesel fuel to improve ignition.
Then I will spray Round-Up on the grass growing in my driveway.
Texas will celebrate to the fullest if the oil and gas industry is back in a hiring mode again.
Earth Mother Gaia provides you with the rich bounty of oil and coal...utilize it to the benefit of all her Earth children!
I plan on putting some “natural gas” into the atmosphere, if you get my drift.
I always use Earth Day is the day to thoroughly check the lighting in my house by turning on all the lights after work (looks like a Christmas tree). Takes several hours carefully record the status of each (incandescent) bulb, but eventually I do get the job done.
True...and to be more exact, on the first Earth Day, Lenin would have been 100 years old (exactly), had Stalin let him live.
More than 500 years worth of recoverable coal in North America.
